Julie Kumble is a director, instructor, and writer in women’s leadership issues from the professional to the personal.  Leading seminars and workshops in a lively, interactive approach, she helps you see the big picture on gender issues and grasp where your personal skills and stumbling blocks can sweep you forward or hold you back.
Her book focuses on veterinary medicine, but its insights into women’s leadership are instructive for everyone.  It tackles the tough stuff and the sweet spot that are part of hitting your professional pinnacle while remaining fulfilled in life.  And it deals with coping strategies that can support anyone–emerging and seasoned leaders in any field.
We built her digital marketing platform to promote and sell her new book, but it’s much more. It’s a hub for information about Julie and Greater Good Leadership.
We host and continue to provide support for Julie’s website. Plugins and the platform itself get updates as necessary. And we provide WordPress and digital marketing tutorials on demand.

This is a custom WordPress theme designed to sell Julie Kumble’s book and promote her work as lecturer and instructor in women’s leadership issues.

She wanted to target the academic community as well as women in the veterinary sciences. Julie requested a clean design with lots of whitespace.

These were her requirements: Space for testimonials and book reviews.  Embedded video of her lectures and talks. Two separate blogs; one for her leadership tips, one her blog. Social media links and follow buttons. A landing page pointing to her book sales page. Contact and newsletter signup forms on every page. Colorful, lively, inspiring graphics. Target academic journals, colleges and universities, women in the veterinary field.

We started with a clean layout and ample whitespace. Then we added colorful graphical elements that included Julie’s own photographs on the home and landing pages. And we made it look good on any device.

We included links to Julie’s Amazon product page. Then set up two separate blog pages for Julie’s blog and her Leadership Tips. We built a custom form for her mailing list signups. And also created a testimonial slideshow for her book page.

We optimized for SEO. We linked to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Then set up MailChimp integration with the contact and newsletter forms. Social media links appear frequently and forms are on every page.
